Return Policy

There are no refunds.  We do, however, want you to love everything you receive from us so we do offer credit for an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your piece. Credit is good for three (3) months from the original purchase date. This credit can be used for our online store or Instagram sales. Return requests must be made and shipped or returned to the studio within five (5) business days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all shipments. We must have received your item before issuing the credit. There are no exceptions to this policy.  

To Make a Return Request 

  1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the studio within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all shipments.  
  2. Please email us at returns@annacorinna.com  to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to the sender upon attempted delivery. Anna Corinna is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
