Shipping policy

Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. 

Domestic orders: 

Orders over $30 - $15 flat shipping  

Orders under $30 - $10 flat shipping 

Orders over $150 - free shipping 

Signature Required - $5 additional fee  

International orders: We offer three rates for international shipping worldwide, depending on the destination. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Anna Corinna is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@annacorinna.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

Australia & New Zealand - $65 flat shipping 

Canada - $35 flat shipping 

All other countries - $50 flat shipping 

Additional Shipping Fees: For packages exceeding a weight of 10 lb. or large items requiring special handling such as glass or pottery, we will contact the customer to provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer’s preferred method of shipment. 
 

LOST PACKAGES  

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once it is in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc), therefore Anna Corinna is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order. 

LOCAL/STUDIO PICK UP 

If you would like to place an online order for in-studio pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we will arrange a good time for pick up from our Williamsburg Brooklyn studio.
