Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday.

Domestic shipping

Orders under $30 ship for $10 flat. Orders over $30 ship for $15 flat. Orders over $150 ship free. Signature required delivery is available for an additional $5.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Canada is $35 flat, Australia and New Zealand are $65 flat, all other countries are $50 flat. Because of long transit times, all international orders are final sale and returns are not accepted. Anna Corinna is not responsible for import fees, taxes, or other customs charges.

Heavy and fragile pieces

For packages over 10 lb, or pieces that need special handling such as glass or pottery, we will contact you with a shipping quote and arrange your preferred method of shipment.

Damaged items

If a piece arrives damaged, email returns@annacorinna.com right away. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost packages

Once a package is with the carrier, it is out of our hands, and Anna Corinna is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will do our best to help you navigate the claims process to locate your package or recover your cost. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery.
