Souvenir Quilted Silky 1950s Hand Embroidered Flowers Japanese Jacket Vintage

Quilted silky damask floral smoking or maybe a bed jacket - i love these for the fall and into winter. Gorgeous and super special. These were souvenir pieces - stationed at bases across Japan after World War II, American servicemen brought personalized mementos like this home for their sweethearts by having local Japanese artisans tailor these Western-style silhouettes featuring dragons, tigers, pagodas, birds and local flowers.

Lovely, super cool vintage piece for you. Pieces are all found by me and sometimes reworked by me too! Totally versatile. Rescued vintage, exactly what you want to wear now. Easy and chic, preworn.
